Due to the many brands of routers and their proprietary software configurations, SureNet is not able to provide free telephone support for routers and other network devices currently available on the market. SureNet’s free support is demarked at the modem and assistance is available to set up one computer connected to it.
We can provide configuration services in store or in your home and business for a nominal charge. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
To configure your router for DSL:
- Enter yourusername@surenet.net and 6 character password chosen at signup where prompted by your router set up guide
- DSL is a PPOE service using DHCP addressing unless you have purchased a Static IP at signup.
