How do I check the hours I have used?
To check your hours of usage for this month and the previous one, you can click the Account Status option on the side menu or click here. Type your username and password, and click on Login. This will take you to the account information page. There you will be able to check:
Usage to check the hours used.
Addresses to see or change address information.
Phones to see or change phone numbers.
Change Password to change your existing password.
What is the difference between my username and password?
The username is a nickname/login name used to identify you to our systems. It is also part of your email address; for instance if your username is jones then your email address would be email@example.com. Your password is what protects your account. It is a secret word that you must use when logging on to our systems as a means of verification. You should never give out your password and should make sure that it is difficult to guess.
Do not forget your password. Write it down and keep it in a safe place. Remember, your account is your responsibility; don't let others abuse it.
